I love my new varifocal glasses! The second I put them on I couldn't believe the difference they made, Christmas was a revelation! I have sworn that on the back of the eye test I underwent and the level of cusotmer care and attention that all of the staff put into me as a patient/client, I will NEVER return to Specsavers, as long as I live in Tottenham and it's practical, will stay as your customer. I was very impressed with the service l received yesterday 23/10/12.Staff were very efficient and my appointment on time. I received a warm welcome and instantly felt the wonderful friendly atmosphere....my eye condition was picked up by a lovely Optometrists called Bobby. I was referred and treated at the hospital,now my eyesight is much better...I was pleased to be informed about a new MRI scanner called a 3D OCT for the eye which I have recently had done.I have never had this detailed type of eye examination before. I am grateful for the enormous efforts of all the staff, especially Bobby,Richard and Fazila. Its not often you get great customer service by a happy family of professionals...I can't wait until my next visit.
